LeanTOC was Founded by Keith Johnson in 1994 after he successfully directed Lean Transformations at several progressive companies including Pepsi Bottling Group and BP Amoco. in order to implement his vision of integrating people, processes, and technology for high performance and profit optimization, Johnson assembled a team of like-minded experts.

It became LeanTOC’s Mission to empower people to work effectively with complex technology through strategic planning, needs assessment, reengineering for lean systems, results-oriented training and evaluation methods. We pride ourselves on hands on implementation for the corporate office, the shop floor, and the supply chain.

Over 60 companies later, LeanTOC’s TEAM of veteran Senior “Hands On” consultants (with an average of 25 years experience) have amassed a portfolio of success stories throughout the Americas and Asia in a wide range of industries including, automotive, food and beverage, heavy truck, aerospace, machining, stamping, fabrication, defense, pharmaceuticals, energy optimization, and health.

To accomplish this, we use the tools and philosophy of The Toyota Production System, and principles of constraint management or TOC (Theory of Constraints.)
