Corporate HQ requested Lean Transformation Training due to increasing Competitive pressures and market share challenges. Margins were being challenged by leaner competitors and management wanted a company-wide transformation to reduce waste and shore up margins on critical products.
APPROACH
LEAN Leadership: A cross-functional team for every area of the organization was assembled including Plant Managers, Superintendents, Production Managers, Quality, Warehousing and Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Admin, Purchasing, and others.
