Leading the strategic operations group of two dozen consultants we provide optimized supply, production and distribution solutions to client companies. Our group works with life science business processes providing turnaround and value growth for biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

  • Centura Healthcare Network engagement delivered under my leadership designed and implemented a new operating strategy establishing an Optimized Patient Care program and providing more than $10 million of annual cost benefit to the network’s operating plan.

With more than two dozen consultants, contractors and software developers under my leadership we designed and implemented operating solutions that focused on demand driven supply and distribution strategies. The operating systems and processes we created were designed for the CGP and medical products providing cost and cash flow benefits of nearly $700 million to their respective distribution and operating platforms.

  • AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical engagement delivered under my leadership delivered $650 million in working capital reductions, associated with a 300% improvement in inventory TOR, a product obsolescence reduction of more than $100 million and an order cycle reduction by 50% by linking distribution packaging to drug formulation in conjunction with optimizing operation processes, scheduling and quality assurance functions.
  • Edwards Life Science engagement delivered under my leadership delivered increased production output supporting a new product first-year sales of $360M (150,000 units) with $68 million in direct cost savings (38% reduction in COGS) and with no change in the operating footprint.
  • Developed operating strategies for the JDA supply chain software suite improving timing, accuracy and working capital applications of SanDisk’s international supply and delivery management process.

With a team of two dozen business owners under my leadership we realized operating performance improvement across a $100 million national network to grow revenues by 25% to more than $125 million.

  • Our restructured operating strategies focused on quality, cycle time and productivity improvement using a $1.5 million revenue business model that was typical to the independently owned automotive service business.
